Tzu Chi Washington D.C. distribute cash cards and blankets to tornado affected residents

In early September, tornado has devastated parts of Maryland. In the aftermath of the tornado, Washington D.C. Tzu Chi volunteers have crossed states to distribute cash cards and blankets to the affected residents.
